VENDOR BADGES - New in 2024, Vendor Passes are now fabric wristbands and will be picked up during load-in on Friday, April 26th. Please stay tuned for more info on how load-in day will go with the new setup procedures!

VENDOR PACKETS - A more detailed Vendor Packet with booth assignments, Show Guide and load-in instructions will be sent to your registered email and texted to your phone # on file at least one week prior to event day.

LOAD-IN/LOAD OUT - All vendors will now be allowed to load in the day before the event (Friday, April, 26th). You will have an assigned hour to show up but can spend until 5:00pm doing your thing. The venue will open again on Saturday at 6:00am for any last minute deets.

TABLES/CHAIRS/EXTRA BADGES - You may order extra tables, chairs and Vendor Badges at any time — up to a week before event day. A link will be sent out to do so shortly, hang tight. (Or simply reach out to and let us know what'cha need!)

CUSTOM VENDOR FLYERS - We will be sending you personalized marketing material for social media. They'll be in your texts/emails the week of April 1st or earlier. If you'd like to start promoting immediately, click the "IG SIZED FLYER" link above!

COMMUNICATION - We will be sending out a lot of information about the event over the next several weeks to your registered text and email. Please make sure both your carrier settings and email inbox is set up to receive those.

LOSS PREVENTION - We know, we hate it too. However, ThriftCon and venue security is not responsible for missing or stolen items from your booth. We do everything we can behind the scenes to ensure that it doesn't happen, but this is also a fast-paced retail environment with retail problems. Please keep yourself and your team up to date on successful customer service techniques to deter shoplifters in your booth and always, always USE YOUR VENDOR PASSES TO HIRE EXTRA HELP.  


SOUND - Personal speakers or other amplified sound is not allowed at individual booths. The attendees hate competing soundtracks. Sorry.

SPACE - Only bring what will fit into your allotted space. Inventory in the aisles is not allowed per fire regulations and will get your booth shut down and banned from future events. This includes, but isn't limited to: clearance piles, racks, displays, tables, chairs and/or hanger sorters.

TENTS/CANOPIES - E-Z Ups or other types of pop up tents are allowed, but the canopy cover is not. That means if you plan to use a tent, you can only use the frame, no covering. (We have cleared a few booths to be able to do so. At this time no more are allowed.)
This is a fire regulation and out of our control unfortunately. :(

FOOD & DRINK - Concessions will be available throughout the entire venue. But we strongly suggest you pack something on your own as the fast pace of the event and large crowds often make it difficult to dip out and wait in long food/drink lines.
Per venue contracts, no food or drink can be sold at Vendor booths. This includes exotic snacks. No outside alcohol. Ever. Never.

REFUNDS - Booth fees for ThriftCon Denver are non-refundable after March 31st, 2024. If you cannot vend at the event please reach out via email to as soon as possible to let us know.


PARKING - Parking at National Western Complex is $15 per day for Vendors (free for Patreon subscribers). We will have Vendor specific lots outlined in the Vendor Packet. 

WI-FI - Wi-Fi is available but also not free. We'll have more info on how to connect, if you need to, closer to event day.
(Pro Tip: It's possible that service sucks at times. Some credit card processors, like Square, can take offline purchases when that happens.)

ELECTRICAL - Standard outlets are available in random places throughout the building. It's your responsibility to tape down all extension cords with gaffer tape, not duct tape, and ensure none of your setup is a tripping hazard to guests.

THRIFTCON SECURITY - There will be several security personnel, including uniformed police officers, on the event floor to ensure the safety of ThriftCon guests. They are not there to protect your inventory from shoplifters. Again, any extra Vendor Passes should be used to hire extra hands internally to help with any personal booth measures.
