VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
SIGNED TERMS AND CONDITIONS - An email was sent to your registered email address titled "ThriftCon x ComplexCon '26 Vendor Exhibitor Terms and Conditions" from the platform SignNow. That needs to be signed before entering the building.
It's super easy, just click the link in the email and follow directions from there.
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE - You are required to purchase your own short term event insurance and send us the certificate once completed. We have negotiated a low premium that satisfies all ComplexCon requirements AT THIS LINK.
SELLER'S PERMIT/TAXES - You will also need to provide us a copy of your valid California Seller's Permit no later than 14 days from the start of the event. If you are an out-of-state vendor, or do not have one, you can easily apply for a free Temporary Seller's Permit at this link.

*The applicable sales tax rate for the Event location is 9.75%
VENDOR ESSENTIALS
VENDOR BADGES - Vendor Wristbands are to be picked up during load-in on Friday, October 2nd at the Red Tent/Table labeled "Check-In" — and put on immediately before entering the building.
*All booths come with 5 Wristbands.
*Do not give away or sell extra passes to anyone who is not vending with you. If you are found to have done so, you will forfeit your booth without a refund and be asked to leave.
These cannot be used as access for early shopping on Friday during load-in for those not officially vending at the event.
VENDOR PACKETS - A more detailed Digital Vendor Packet with booth assignments, Show Guide and load-in instructions will be sent to your registered email and texted to your phone # on file at least one week prior to event day.
LOAD-IN/LOAD OUT - Loading in on Friday, October 2nd is mandatory. If you cannot load in on this day, you cannot vend. You will have an assigned time slot to do so. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the exhibit hall during load in or load out.
More detailed info on this will be coming down the line in the coming weeks!
TABLES/CHAIRS/RACKS - You may order tables, chairs and racks at any time — up to a week before event day. Look for that text coming soon!
COMMUNICATION - We will be sending out a lot of information about the event over the next several weeks to your registered text and email. Please make sure your carrier settings, Spam inbox and email inbox is set up to receive those and that you are reading them before coming to the event.
If you have ever texted "STOP" to a ThriftCon text in the past, you will need to text "START" to +18775457979 to reinstate text messaging.

LOSS PREVENTION - We know, we hate it too. However, ComplexCon security is not responsible for missing or stolen items from your booth. We do everything we can behind the scenes to ensure that it doesn't happen, but this is also a fast-paced retail environment with retail problems. Please keep yourself and your team up to date on successful customer service techniques to deter shoplifters in your booth and always, always USE YOUR VENDOR PASSES TO BRING EXTRA HELP.
BOOTH RULES
SOUND - Personal speakers or other amplified sound is not allowed at individual booths. The attendees hate competing soundtracks. Sorry.
SPACE - ONLY BRING WHAT WILL FIT INTO YOUR ASSIGNED SPACE. Inventory in the aisles is not allowed per fire regulations and will get your booth shut down and banned from future events. This includes, but isn't limited to: clearance piles, racks, displays, tables, chairs and/or hanger sorters.
ONLY PACK WHAT WILL FIT IN YOUR BOOTH AND DO NOT SIT IN THE AISLES, PLEASE.
TENTS/CANOPIES - E-Z Ups or other types of pop up tents are allowed, but the canopy cover is not. That means if you plan to use a tent, you can only use the frame, no covering. This is a fire regulation and out of our control unfortunately :(
FOOD & DRINK - Concessions will be available at the venue. But we strongly suggest you pack something on your own as large crowds often make it difficult to dip out and wait in long food/drink lines.
Per venue contracts, no food or drink can be sold at Vendor booths. This includes exotic snacks. No outside alcohol. Ever. Never.
REFUNDS - Booth fees are non-refundable after September 14th, 2026. Booths are also non-transferrable without written consent. If you cannot vend at the event please reach out via email to vendors@thriftcon.co as soon as possible to let us know.

PARKING - Free parking is not provided.
Exhibitors can park in any of the LACC garages or lots.
- A map of all venue parking facilities can be found HERE.
- General hours are 5AM - 9PM & are subject to change.
- Flat rates of $30-$40 apply based on event and location.
- No re-entry allowed.
- Overnight is not allowed in any of the LACC garages.
- Vehicles over 7ft tall are not allowed in any of the LACC garages.

**The parking lots and companies associated with them have nothing to do with ThriftCon and we don't have control over their fees/rules.
WIFI - Free WiFi is available on site. If you require more than what is offered, you can view WiFi packages and cost HERE.
**PRO TIP: Be sure to read up on offline transactions, have adequate cash on hand or figure out other means of payment if there is a dead zone during the day.
ELECTRICAL - Electrical drops can be ordered through the Freeman website.
THRIFTCON SECURITY - There will be several security personnel, including uniformed police officers, on the event floor to ensure the safety of ThriftCon guests. They are not there to protect your inventory from shoplifters. Any extra Vendor Passes should be used to bring extra hands internally to help with any personal booth measures.**If you would like to hire your own uniformed security for your booth through the venue you may do so by contacting vendors@thriftcon.co
